2022 Ladies Social League

The Ladies’ Social League at Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club

The Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club is happy to host the Ladies Social League again on Tuesday nights in 2022. The league continues to grow in popularity, and we look forward to another successful season. The league format will remain unchanged with play beginning at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday nights and the last tee time at 7:00 p.m.

Registration for Returning Teams

Registration for all returning teams through email (golfshop@gpgolf.ca). The registration email must have the registration sheet attached and filled out, or all relevant information in the body of the registration email. Please select your preferred tee time as well as a second choice tee time that is either 15 minutes before or after your preferred time.

Tee Times

The Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club will do everything possible to accommodate all returning teams with their preferred tee time to the best of our ability. Priority will be given to teams who had the best attendance in the 2021 season.

Fees

Team fees must be paid before February 21st. Team fees are $400 for a team of four, and $100 for every additional player. All league fees go towards the banquets and prizes. Dues include the cost of prizes, the welcome reception and the league wind-up.

Green Fees

The nine-hole green fee rate for 2020 is $41.50. Books of 10 passes can be purchased on or before April 23rd for $355 plus GST. A book of 10 nine-hole passes with shared power cart is $460 plus GST. The passbook prices after April 23rd are $375 plus GST walking and $485 plus GST with cart. Passes are not restricted to Ladies Night and can be used any day of the week.

Rules

  1. Teams must field 4 players per week in order to receive full attendance points. Teams with poor attendance may have their tee time moved in order to accommodate other teams.
  2. Expected pace of play is 2 hours and 30 minutes for nine holes. Please keep up to the group in front of you.
  3. Scheduled league nights will not be cancelled due to weather. Teams can still get full points by coming to the course for a beverage and checking in with the golf shop.
  4. Please check into the golf shop at least 10 minutes prior to your tee time.
  5. Teams arriving late for their tee time may be bumped to the next open tee time or possibly forfeit their tee time.
